Both the Canadian and Ontario governments are closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease 2019). There are several resources available to health practitioners and the public that the College wanted to make you aware of:

This page is updated daily at 10:30 a.m. and provides information on latest cases, how Ontario is preparing, how to protect yourself and what to do if you're feeling sick.

• Ontario Ministry of Health's website for health workers and healthcare employers

These pages provide guidance and resources for health workers and health sector employees.

The Ministry of Health also has a hotline for healthcare providers: 1-(866)-212-2272. This hotline is strictly for healthcare providers; members of the public should be directed to Telehealth Ontario.

• Public Health Agency of Canada's coronavirus web page for health professionals

The Ontario Ministry of Health will continue to monitor the situation and share updates with colleges as they become available. The College will share these updates when they become available.
